About this variety

Sree Bhadra is a semi-spreading sweet potato from ICAR-CTCRI, Thiruvananthapuram, with light pink skin, cream flesh and good cooking quality. It is one of the few Indian varieties with genuine resistance to root-knot nematode, a common cause of cracked and forked tubers. It matures in 90–105 days and is widely grown as a dependable table variety across Odisha, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal. Plant it from clean, weevil-free apical vine cuttings.
