Overview
This is a state-level top-up that rides entirely on the existing PM-KISAN beneficiary list. Rajasthan does not run a separate registration — it simply adds its own installments to the same eligible farmer accounts already receiving the central payment.
The BJP government under Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma started it on 30 June 2024 with a ₹2,000-a-year state share, lifting the total from ₹6,000 to ₹8,000. The 2025-26 state budget raised the state share to ₹3,000 a year, so the combined total is now ₹9,000. It is paid in installments timed to the three PM-KISAN tranches — a state top-up of ₹1,000 alongside each central ₹2,000.
Because it depends on the PM-KISAN database being current, an out-of-date land record, a missing eKYC or an unseeded Aadhaar at the central level will stall the state top-up too. Recent rounds have reached roughly 65-70 lakh farmers, with about ₹650-720 crore released each time — the sixth installment went out in August 2026 to over 66 lakh farmers.

- First check your status on the PM-KISAN portal (pmkisan.gov.in), the Rajasthan Jan Soochna Portal or the Farmer Registry, and get any eKYC / land-seeding / Aadhaar issue fixed through your patwari and the tehsil or block agriculture office — the state top-up releases only when the PM-KISAN record clears.
